摘要
精确的气候区划能更好的利用气候和土地资源,且对栽培优质酿酒葡萄,生产具有地理标志的葡萄酒具有重要意义。本文着重从酿酒葡萄气候区划指标的选取、指标选取的范围、指标数据分析方法三个方面,总结了酿酒葡萄气候区划的研究进展,及现有研究方法的应用,以期对酿酒葡萄栽培的发展提供一定的指导和建议。
In order to take fully advantage of the climate and land source of local, it is necessary to research the climate zoning exactly. And it is very important for viticulture and wine which has geographical indicators. In this paper, the research progress of wine grapes climatic zoning and the application of existing research methods were summarized from three aspects: the selection of wine grapes climatic zoning indicators, the range of index selection, the index data analysis methods. It is available for guidance and suggestions on the development of wine grape cultivation.
