摘要
随着经济的发展我国对能源的需求量也在不断增加,油气储运设施通常是指油气长输管道、油气场站、油气储存库、液化天然气终端等这些设施,实际上这些设施都属于大型油气储运设施,并且油气储运设施的新建和扩建过程也被逐渐列入到了我国对能源规划战略的行列。想要减少油气储运设施事故风险需要将对油气储运的系统安全、经济收益、高效运行这些事项进行适当的保障,与此同时还要适当的借鉴引进先进的现代化技术和方法。目前这一任务是当前我国油气安全研究的重点内容。利用模糊逻辑评估法对油气储运设施风险进行有效准确的评估和分析,促进预期油气储运事业的安全健康的发展。
With the development of economy, China's energy demand is increasing. Oil and gas storage and transportation facilities usually refers to the long-distance oil and gas pipelines, oil and gas stations, oil and gas storage warehouses, liquefed natural gas terminals and so on. In fact, these facilities belong to large-scale oil and gas storage and transportation facilities, and the new and expansion process of oil and gas storage and transportation facilities has been gradually included in China's energy planning strategy. In order to reduce the accident risk of oil and gas storage and transportation facilities, it is necessary to properly guarantee the system safety, economic benefts and efcient operation of oil and gas storage and transportation, and at the same time, it is necessary to properly learn from the introduction of advanced modern technologies and methods. At present, this task is the focus of oil and gas safety research in China. Using fuzzy logic evaluation method, evaluate and analyze the risk of oil and gas storage and transportation facilities efectively and accurately, and promote the development of oil and gas storage and transportation safely and healthily.
