摘要
造纸法再造烟叶结构是影响再造烟叶产品加工适应性及燃烧特性的重要因素,是再造烟叶行业工作者从事生产、实验不可忽视的部分。造纸法再造烟叶具有和纸张类似的结构,因而,在研究手段上很大一部分借鉴了造纸行业的检测方法。基于再造烟叶为卷烟生产中降焦减害的手段,实际参与燃烧等特点,本文选取了对于产品稳定性及燃烧性有密切关系的几种结构特性进行介绍,主要包括产品的孔隙结构、Z向结构、匀度、纤维排布等。
The structure of reconstituted tobacco is an important factor that affects the processing adaptability and combustion characteristics of reconstituted tobacco products, and it can not be neglected in the production and experimentation by researchers. Reconstituted tobacco has a similar structure with ordinary paper, so the same research method can be used for reconstituted tobacco structure analysis . Reconstituted tobacco is used for harm reduction and it participate in combustion .several structure characters of reconstituted tobacco has been chosen based on the features above .mainly including pore structure, Z-direction structure, evenness, fiber arrangement etc.
