摘要
文章从分析社会和企业对工科本科毕业生的需求着手,得出新工科本科教育所面临的问题,针对此问题提出构建贴近生产,服务一线的真实职业环境的新工科实践环境,使学生按照未来专业岗位群的技术要求进行实际操作训练和综合素质培养是目前的当务之急。研究了大工程观背景下的新工科实践环境建设方案,详细叙述了实践评价机制,是高校工程专业实践环境建设和人才培养方案改革提供依据。
Based on the analysis of demand for engineering graduates of the society and enterprise, the paper finds the problemsfaced by the new undergraduate engineering education, providing the construction of the new engineering practice environment close tothe production and service line of the real occupation environment. And it is a pressing matter of the moment to make the studentsbe trained practically and improve their overall quality in accordance with the technical requirements of professional post group inthe future. The construction plan of new engineering practice environment under the background of large engineering concept is stud-ied, and the practice evaluation mechanism is described in detail, which is the basis for the construction of practice environment andpersonnel training plan of engineering specialty in colleges and universities.
