摘要
食品产业体系的高速发展要求在高等院校中需要构筑基于"食品产业体系"的大食品教育体系,培养既掌握食品科学与工程知识、又掌握食品经济管理知识的交叉型复合人才。文章将以我校大食品教育体系下的"食品产业体系"课程为对象,对该课程近二十年的建设过程、现状、课程特色与优势、问题与对策思考等进行了系统总结与分析。总结分析将对从事交叉学科教学的一些同行或者有类似问题的相关领域专家有所启发。
High speed development of food system requires a comprehensive food education system in higher education institu-tions, which is to culture fully developed talent students with a background of both food science and technology and food economics.This paper analyzed the development process, current status, course features and advantages, problems and countermeasure, taking thecourse "Food Production System" as the object of research, under the comprehensive food education system in our university. Thisstudy will provide some useful information for the development of cross-disciplinary courses.
