摘要
以某工业园区为例,在钢铁、焦化等过剩产能引入的背景下,以"三线一单"理论为原则,对其总体规划进行分析和实践,提出合理可行的生态保护红线,资源利用上线,环境质量底线及产业发展负面清单,保障园区合理健康的发展。
Taking an industrial park as an example,under the background of the iron and steel, coking excess capacity entering the park,based on the theory of ＂three lines and one list＂,analysis and practice of the master plan,set reasonable and feasible ecological protection red line,resource utilization on-line,environmental quality bottom line,Negative list of Industrial Development,to ensure the healthy development of the park.
