摘要
用电化学法对染料废水进行脱色实验研究。主要考察电解质浓度、电流密度、pH值和染料初始浓度对实验效果的影响。实验表明:在极板间距为2.5cm,不投加电解质NaCl,不调节pH值,电流密度为5m A/cm^2,初始浓度为700mg/L的条件下,COD去除率为63.28%。由于实际染料废水中含盐量较高,电解质浓度对实际染料废水的处理效果影响并不大。实际染料废水COD去除率随着电流密度的增大而增大,随着pH值和染料初始浓度的减小而增大。
Study on the decolonization of dye wastewater by electrochemical method. The effects of electrolyte concentration, current density, pH value and the initial concentration of dye on experiment were investigated. Experimental results show that: the studied effect to the actual wastewater is worse than the treatment than pure dye wastewater. On the condition that the plate spacing of 2.5cm, without the electrolyte NaCl, the pH is not adjusted, the current density is 5mA/cm2 and the initial concentration is 700mg / L, the COD removal rate is up to 63.28%. Electrolyte concentration has little effect on the actual wastewater. The COD removal rate of the actual dye wastewater may increase with the increase of current density and the decrease of the pH value. The lower the initial concentration of dye is, the higher COD removal rate is.
