The main body of responsibility of the responsible party for environmental protection and acceptance of completed projects is changed from the original department in charge of environmental protection administration to the construction unit. The acceptance and monitoring report provided by the construction unit is an important basis for the daily supervision of the enterprise environmental management and environmental authorities.
