摘要
以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为分散剂,硝酸银为银源,抗坏血酸为还原剂,制备具有良好分散性的超细球状银粉,研究了pH值,分散剂用量,硝酸银浓度对银粉分散性的影响,运用X射线衍射和扫描电镜对银粉的结构和形貌进行了分析.实验得出的优化条件为:初始反应溶液的pH值为1,分散剂与反应物的质量比为2%,抗坏血酸与硝酸银的摩尔比为0.6,硝酸银的浓度为0.025~0.2 mol·L-1;在该条件下可以制备出分散性优良,平均粒径为1.23μm,振实密度为5.8 g/mL的超细球状银粉.将所得银粉制备成银浆,可使太阳电池获得致密银电极,其光电转换效率可达17.5%.
Finely divided silver powder was prepared by chemical reaction of AgNO3 and ascorbic acid in the presence of PVP as dispersant.The effect of reaction conditions,such as pH value,dispersant dosage and AgNO3 concentration,on the dispersibility of silver powder were studied.Their morphologies and structures were characterized by SEM and XRD.The optimal conditions for preparing the ultrafine silver powder is that pH value of 1,PVP/AgNO mass ratio of 2%,C6 H8 O6/AgNO3 molar ratio of 0.6,AgNO3 concentration of 0.025~0.2 mol爛L-1.Well-dispersed silver powder with average particle size of 1.23μm and tap density of 5.8 g/mL can be obtained.The obtained silver powder endow solar cell with compact silver electrode and efficient of 17.5%.
