油酸钠与十二烷基苯磺酸钠复配对白钨矿浮选的强化及机理研究 被引量:11

摘要 通过浮选试验、动电位以及表面张力测定等方法研究了油酸钠(NaOL)与十二烷基苯磺酸(SDBS)复配对白钨矿浮选的强化作用。结果表明,NaOL与SDBS组合药剂的最佳添加顺序随矿浆p H值的改变而发生改变,在最佳的添加顺序下,NaOL与SDBS组合使用对白钨矿的捕收能力强于NaOL,而且还可消除或减弱方解石对白钨矿浮选的不利影响。机理研究表明,NaOL/SDBS组合药剂与白钨矿的相互作用强于NaOL与SDBS,且NaOL与SDBS之间存在相互作用,使NaOL/SDBS组合药剂的CMC小于NaOL与SDBS,这些是NaOL与SDBS复配强化白钨矿浮选的主要原因。 The effect of mixed sodium oleate (NaOL) and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) on scheelite flotation was investigated through flotation tests, zeta potential measurements and surface tension measurements. The results indicated that the mixed NaOL/SDBS has a stronger collecting power for scheelite than NaOL, and the NaOL/SDBS could eliminate the adverse effect on scheelite flotation. The optimum addition order of mixed NaOL/SDBS was related to the pulp pH value. The results of mechanism study showed that the interaction between scheelite with NaOL/SDBS was stronger than that with NaOL and SDBS, and the interactive effect between NaOL and SDBS resulted in the CMC value of NaOL/SDBS was smaller than that of NaOL and SDBS. Therefore, the collecting ability of NaOL/SDBS was stronger than that of NaOL and SDBS.
