摘要
苏州工业园区体育中心游泳馆屋盖首创采用刚性金属屋面与柔性正交索网结构相结合的结构形式,约9 000m2的金属屋面坐落在索网基层上。由于正交索网为柔性张力结构,屋面系统荷载施加后会导致屋面安装不紧密,而造成后期屋面漏水的情况。为了解决这一难题,通过方案对比,创新性采用预配重的施工方法,模拟屋面系统荷载,在预加载的工况下施工刚性屋面,并在节点处采用滑动机制使刚性屋面具备适应大变形的能力。
The natatorium in Suzhou Industrial Park Sports Center is the first to adopt the structure of combining rigid metal roof with flexible orthogonal cable net,about 9 000 m2 metal roof is located in the cable net. Because the orthogonal cable net is a flexible tension structure,the roof installation is not close after loading the roof system. In order to solve this problem,a creative counterweight construction method is presented to simulate the roof system load and construct the rigid roof in pre-loading condition by comparing schemes,meanwhile the sliding mechanism is used in the nodes of rigid roof to make its ability to adapt to large deformation
