摘要
美国从20世纪60年代开始关注和探讨校园欺凌问题,时至今日,已形成制度治人、服务助人、教育立人、文化育人、个性塑人的综合治理模式。美国校园欺凌问题治理根植于其文化传统和社会现实,体现了"全人教育"视野下,培养"整体的人"的教育目标。对比美国,我国校园欺凌问题治理面临制度失守、社会失范、教育失真等现实难题,亟须在完善制度保障的基础上集中社会、学校、家庭的力量,建立反校园欺凌多元防治系统,逐步实现以法治人、以爱助人、以道引人、以情感人、以性塑人。
The America began to pay attention to school bullying from the 60 sof last century.Nowadays,it has formed a comprehensive governance model of system governance,social help,education,culture influence and personality molding.The management of bullying in the America is rooted in its cultural tradition and social reality.It embodies the educational goal of cultivating people with sound physical and mental development under the vision of"Holistic Education".Compared to the America,the governance of school bullying problem in our country faces problems:with no system restriction,without social lines and education distortion.On the basis of the establishment of anti-bullying prevention system,in order to solve the school bullying problem,we need gather the forces of social,family and school to establish a multiple anti-bullying prevention system.In that way,we can gradually realize the rule of law,the will to help others,the practice to guide others,the motivation to love others and the success to shape others.
