武钢CSP短流程优质中高碳钢的开发及应用 被引量:5

Research and development of high performance high carbon steel strip on CSP line of WISCO

摘要 介绍了在武钢CSP短流程生产线开发优质中高碳宽带钢的情况。在系统研究中高碳钢炼钢、连铸、均热、轧制、冷却及退火工艺的基础上,开发了包括9SiCr在内的碳质量分数达1.0%的系列中高碳热轧宽带钢以及酸洗、退火产品。热轧及酸洗产品厚度最薄达到1.4mm,产品非金属夹杂物级别达到D0.5级,铸坯宏观偏析小于1.0级,产品边裂发生率控制在0.5%以下,产品单面脱碳层与产品厚度比小于1.0%,扁卷发生率低于0.5%。产品广泛应用于汽车零部件、工程机械、冶金锯片、五金工器具等领域。 Research and development situation of high carbon steel products carried out on CSP line of WISCO was introduced.Based on systematical research of steelmaking,LF refining,slab casting,equalizing heating,hot rolling and batch annealing processes,the high carbon steel strips including 9 SiCr with carbon content up to 1.0% and thickness less than 1.4 mm were developed.Moreover,high carbon steel strips with pickling and annealing treatment were also developed.The non-metallic inclusion level was reached D0.5,the macrosegregation level was less than 1.0,the incidence of both strip edge cracking and coil collapsing was lower than 0.5%,and the single face decarburization depth of strip was less than 1.0% of strip thickness.The developed high carbon steel was widely applied for manufacturing automobile,machinery,sawblades and hardware,and so on.
