摘要
井眼轨道设计是水平井钻井的首要环节,目前国内外的众多学者对井眼轨道优化进行了大量研究,但目前还没有一种对于"直—增—稳—边增边扭—水平段"型水平井的优化设计方法。假设井眼轨道是由空间直线或圆弧连接而成,因而将井眼轨道优化的问题转化为空间几何问题,应用非线性不等式与等式约束从而建立优化模型。将建立的模型在Matlab中进行编程,并引用工具箱中的fmincon函数进行求解。通过此程序对渤海油田的水平井进行了优化分析。结果表明,可以有效减小井眼轨道的长度,能够有效降低钻井周期,降低钻井成本,且能够满足工程要求,并论证了在渤海油田有较好的适用性。同时运用优化的各项设计参数可有效地指导井眼轨道的设计,对其它油田相同类型的水平设计及优化具有较大的借鉴意义。
Because well trajectory design is the first step of the drilling horizontal wells, many scholars at home and abroad have carried on a large amount of researches on it. But there is still no optimal design method for the"vertical-building-holding-building while direction-horizontal"type of horizontal wells. It is assumed that the well trajectory is connected by the space straight line and circular arc, so the problem of the well trajectory optimization is transformed into the space geometry problem, and the optimization model is established by using nonlinear inequality and equality constraints. The model is programmed in Matlab, and the fmincon function in toolbox is introduced to solve the optimization. Using this program to optimize the horizontal wells in Bohai oilfield,the results show that it can effectively reduce the length of well trajectory, drilling cycle, drilling cost, and can meet the engineering requirements. So it is demonstrated to have a good applicability in Bohai Oilfield. Meanwhile, the optimization of the design parameters can effectively guide the design of the well trajectory, and it has great reference significance to the same well types of other oilfields.
