薄规格钢板冷却技术的研究

摘要 针对薄规格宽厚板冷却过程中存在的问题进行研究,以MULPIC冷却装置为依托,通过对冷却模型和冷却工艺的优化,大幅度提高冷却均匀性,实现了厚度18 mm以下薄规格的稳定冷却,拓宽了控冷工艺规格范围,有效降低生产成本,提高市场竞争力。 The, problems existing in the cooling process of thin-gauge plates were studied, and re, lying on tile MUI,P1C cooling device, Ihrough optimizing the cooling model and process, the cooling uniformity was greatly improved, and the stable cooling of plates with the thickness below l8 mm was realized, the, specification range of plates produced by.cooling process was widened, and thus the production cost was effeetively reduced, the market competitiveness was improved.
