摘要
钢板水冷是中厚板生产的一个重要工序,是钢板性能的保障。由于钢板在冷却过程中,沿长度、宽度及厚度方向上的冷却不均匀,造成板形缺陷。根据现场MULPIC各参数的调节,对水冷钢板宽度、厚度、长度方向上的均匀性控制进行分析,通过一系列的措施调整,减少了水冷板形不合格率,从而提高了板材成材率。
The plate water cooling is an important process in the production of heavy plates, and also the guarantee of plate properties. Because of the uneven cooling in the length, width and thickness directions during the process of cooling, the shape defects were caused. And according to the adjustment of MULPIC parameters, the uniformity control of water-cooled plates in the length, width and thickness di- rections was analyzed, then through a series of adjustment measures, the reject ratio of water-cooled plates was reduced, and thereby the yield of plates was rai raised.
