摘要
在对野川煤业3号煤层地质条件分析的基础上,得出了煤岩物理力学特性对围岩控制的不利影响因素,根据这些不利因素在巷道掘进中需要采取有针对性的防范措施,进而分析了孤岛工作面区段煤柱高集中应力形成的机理,得出区段煤柱稳定的判断依据是其在高支撑应力作用下,经过塑性变形破坏后内部是否依然存在一定宽度的弹性应力核。通过FLAC3D数值模拟软件,模拟了孤岛面区段煤柱应力场及位移场分布、演化规律,为孤岛工作面回采巷道支护提供了设计基础。基于理论与试验分析结果,提出了孤岛面回采巷道支护参数和效果监测信息反馈处理方法,在野川煤业3号煤3102孤岛工作面取得了良好的效果。
The disadvantages of physical mechanical properties of coal rock to surrounding rock control was analyzed based on No.3 coal seam geological features of Yechuan Mining Industry,therefore,the mechanism of coal column strong concentrated stress in isolated island working face was analyzed,the stability of coal column depends on the appropriate width of Elastic stress nucleus after the plastic deformation failure.Distribution and evolution of stress field and displacement field,evolution law of coal column in isolated island were simulated by FLAC3 D.The technology got good result in support parameters and monitoring information feedback treatment in 3102 isolated island of No.3 coal seam in Yechuan Mining Industry.
