摘要
镁合金缺点是耐腐蚀性差、常温塑性差、易燃。通过在镁合金中加入三氧化二硼再经过等通道转角挤压可以对镁合金晶粒进行细化从而改善镁合金的耐腐蚀性、塑性、易燃性。本文阐述等通道转角挤压在硼化物镁合金挤压中的主要影响因素。
The magnesium alloy has disadvantages of poor corrosion resistance,poor plasticity at room temperature and flammability.The grain of magnesium alloy can be refined by adding B203 into the magnesium alloy and then being equal channel angular pressed, which also improves the corrosion resistance, plasticity and flammability of the magnesium alloy.The main influencing factors of equal channel angular pressing in the extrusion of boride magnesium alloy were described.
