摘要
当前,高职院校学生面临着较大的就业压力。积极响应"大众创业、万众创新"国家战略,高效开展创新创业教育,以促进和带动学生就业,是高职院校实现创新发展的必然选择。要做好高职学生创业引导、培育和实践工作,必须构建""载体丰富、内涵深厚、保障有力、实践有效"的创业文化:丰富创业文化载体形式,使学生身临其境地感受和体验创业氛围和创业文化;多渠道培育创业精神,激发学生创业内驱力,为创业实践提供方向指引和精神动力;完善创业制度,为学生创业提供政策保障;以创业实践检验和不断丰富创业文化。
At present, students at vocational colleges are facing big employment pressure. It is the inevitable choice for vocational college realizing innovation development to positively response to the strategy of ＂mass entrepreneurship and innovation＂ and effectively carry on the innovative and entrepreneurship education in order to push and promote the employment of students. Entrepreneurship guidance, cultivation and practice depend on constructing entrepreneurial culture with rich carriers, deep connotation, strong guarantee and effective practice.Richening the carrier forms could give students the feeling and the experiences on entrepreneurship atmosphere and culture; Cultivating the entrepreneiurial spirit with multi-channels could stir up students driving force in order to offer direction guidance and spiritual motivation to the practice;Improving entrepreneurial system could offer students the policy guarantee and entrepreneurial practice could test and richen the entrepreneurial culture.
