摘要
W平台修井机已服役近15年,结构承载能力大幅降低。通过现场检测获得井架结构具体参数,采用ABAQUS软件建立其结构分析模型,从结构强度、动态响应、稳定性及局部腐蚀杆件应力4个方面系统地对结构进行安全评定。评估结果表明:该井架结构强度降低较大,已不能满足设计要求;结构自振频率低,在设计和使用修井机时,要避免与之相同或相近;稳定性好,井架发生破坏时因为强度不够而非整体结构失稳;局部的腐蚀穿孔会造成应力集中;有限元分析可以得出井架的受力状态,优势明显。
W platform workover rig has been in service for nearly 15 years, and its structure bearing capacity has been reduced greatly.The specific parameters of derrick structure are obtained through onsite measurement, and the structural analysis model is established by ABAQUS software. The safety of the derrick structure is evaluated from 4 aspects, including structural strength, dynamic performance, stability and the stress of locally corroded bars. The evaluation result shows that: the stractural strength of the derrick has been reduced greatly, and it can not meet the design requirements; the self vibration frequency of the structure is low, In the use of the workover rig, it is necessary to avoid the vibration frequency the same as or similar to the self vibration frequency; the structural stability is good and the derrick is destroyed because its strength is not enough; the local corrosion perforation can cause stress concentration. The finite element analysis can get the de- tailed stress state of the derrick, and it is of obvious advantage.
