摘要
目的:在不同重金属镉污染地区筛选出镉低积累药用植物品种。方法:采用大田筛选实验及方差分析方法。结果:重度污染地区车前、夏枯草、薏苡、决明、白扁豆;中轻度污染地区薄荷、车前、夏枯草、桔梗、薏苡、黑芝麻、白扁豆、决明中镉含量≤0.3 mg/kg,符合《药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准》。结论:可以在镉轻、重度污染的地区种植合适的镉低积累的药用植物品种代替水稻等镉高积累的粮食作物,生产出合格的中药材,使镉污染地区农田得到更好地利用。
Objective: To screen out low cadmium accumulated medicinal plant varieties in different heavy metal cadmium contaminated areas. Method: Using field screening experiments and variance analysis methods. Results: Cadmium content of Cheqian (plantain), Xiakucao (Prunella), Yiyi (Coix), Jueming (cassia), Baiblandon (white lentilsthe) in heavily polluted area are less than 0.3 mg/kg; cadmium content of Bohe (peppermint), Cheqian (plantain), Xiakucao (Prunella), Jiegeng (Platycodon root), Yiyi (Coix), Heizhima(black sesame), Baibiandou (white lentilsthe), Jueming (cassia) in slightly polluted areas are also less than 0.3 mg/kg, in line with The Import and Export of Medicinal Plants and Preparations for the Green Industry Standard. Conclusion: Appropriate cadmium low accumulation of medicinal plant varieties can be planted in Cadmium slightly, heavily polluted area instead of rice and other cadmium high accumulation of food crops, to produce qualified Chinese herbal medicines, so that cadmium pollution areas of farmland to be better used.
