太阳能供暖效果与猪舍保温状况和供暖方式的关系 被引量:4

Relationship of Solar Heating Effect and Thermal Insulation Condition and Heating Mode in Nursery Pig House

摘要 为了解猪舍保温状况与供暖方式的改变对太阳能供暖效果的影响,理论计算了在保温和无保温猪舍情况下太阳能供暖的标准配置参数、猪舍耗热量等参数,并计算对比了保温或无保温猪舍采用对流供暖或地暖四种方式下太阳能供暖的节能效果和静态投资回收期。结果表明:在试验猪舍和北京市峰谷电价条件下,保温猪舍标准配置太阳能与无保温猪舍标准配置太阳能相比,前者降低标准配置太阳能系统投资的58.3%、总投资增加0.15万元,但运行费用降低0.94万元/年(59.5%),总静态投资回收期由6.8年降低为2.8年。在配置5个太阳能集热器的情况下,与对流供暖并无保温相比,采用地暖供暖方式并增加保温墙的太阳能供暖系统的节能比例由4.8%提高到18.0%;增加保温墙比增加标准配置太阳能集热器更加经济,保温配置标准面积太阳能集热器系统比无保温配置标准面积太阳能集热器系统更加节能减排。猪舍采用太阳能辅助电供暖时,为节能减排降低成本推荐猪舍保温和地暖方式相结合。 Beijing has gradually banned coal-fired heating, and pig farms are in urgent need of clean and economical heating methods. This paper had been theoretically calculated solar heating standard configuration parameters and housing consumption in the case of thermal insulation and non-thermal nursery pig house. In addition, the energy saving effect and static payback period of solar heating were compared be- tween four ways: insulation or non-insulation nursery pig house adopts convection heating or ground heat-- ing. The results showed that: under the condition of experimental nursery pig house and Beijing peak and valley price, the standard configuration solar energy in insulation nursery pig house compared with the standard configuration solar energy in non-insulation nursery pig house, the former reduced the standard allocation of solar energy system investment by 58.3%, the total investment increased by 1.5 ×103 yuan per year, but the operating cost was reduced by 9.4× 103 yuan per year (59.5%), the total static invest- ment recovery period was reduced from 6.8 years tO 2.8 years. In the configuration of 5 solar collectors, compared with the convection heating without insulation, the energy saving ratio of solar heating system u- sing floor heating and increasing insulation wall was increased from 4.8% to 18%; adding the insulation wall was more economical than increasing the standard area solar collector. Standard area solar collector system in insulation nursery pig house was more energy efficient and lower carbon emissions than standard area solar collector system in non-insulation nursery pig house. The best effect of solar heating in nursery pig house was combined with carrying on insulation reconstruction and assisted electric floor heating.
