摘要 针对门式五轴加工中心VMC0875mu,通过合理选用液压泵站和数控倾斜式转台,采用具有自锁功能的数控转台和紧凑型液压动力单元,转台的夹紧油缸工作机理彻底改变,由以往的弹簧自动复位实现常态松开变为现在的常态夹紧,液压控制系统工作原理也相应改进,简化了控制环节,减少了液压元件,紧凑液压系统把动力单元、控制单元和液压介质等所有的液压元件集成在一起,不仅优化了机床的结构布局和管线长度,也在节能和工作可靠性方面有了很大的提高。 Aiming at gantry five-axis machining center 0875mu, by selecting the hydraulic' pump station and NC tihing rotary ta-ble reasonably, the self-locking NC tihing rotary table and the enmpaet hydraulic power unit were adopted, then the rotary table clam-ping cylinder mechanism was completely changed, anti the previous normal release realized by spring attlomatically reset was becomenormal clamping, the working principle of the hydraulic control system was changed with it, the controlling unit was simplified and thehydraulic components were reduced, and the compact hydraulic power unit integrated all the hydraulic components of power unit, con-trol unit and hydraulic media together. Not only the structure layout and pipeline length of the nmchine tool are optimized , but also en-ergy conservation and working reliability are enhant'ed.
