摘要 目的探讨128层螺旋CT对宫颈癌分期的诊断价值。方法使用128层螺旋CT对100例宫颈癌患者进行检查,以手术病理分期为金标准,对CT分期与FIGO分期的准确性进行判断和比较。结果手术病理分期:0期5例,Ⅰa期17例,Ⅰb 23例,Ⅱa期27例,Ⅱb期24例,Ⅲa期4例。FIGO分期的准确率为62.0%,CT分期的准确率为80.0%,CT分期的准确率明显高于FIGO分期(P<0.05)。结论 128层螺旋CT对宫颈癌分期的准确率高于FIGO分期,对术前临床分期具有重要的指导作用。 Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of 128 slice spiral CT in staging of cervical cancer. Methods 100 patients with cervical cancer were examined by 128 slice spiral CT, and the accuracy of CT staging and FIGO staging were judged and compared with the operation and pathological staging as the gold standard. Results The stage of operation and pathology :5 cases were 0 stage, 17 cases were Ⅰ a stage ,23 cases were Ⅰ a stage ,27 cases were Ⅱ a stage ,24 cases were Ⅱb stage ,4 cases were Ⅲa stage. The accuracy of FIGO staging was 62.0% ,the accuracy rate of CT staging was 80.0% ,and the accuracy of CT staging was significantly higher than that of FIGO staging (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The accuracy of 128 slice spiral CT in staging of cervical cancer is higher than that of FIGO staging, and has important guiding role for preoperative clinical staging.
