CO_2 CAPTURE IN FLUE GAS EXPERIMENT BY MEA-AEP MIXED AMINE SOLUTIONS

摘要 CO_2排放是造成温室效应的主要因素,化学吸收法为烟道气中CO_2回收的重要手段,为选取综合性能较好的吸收剂配方,对乙醇胺(MEA)、二乙醇胺(DEA)、三乙醇胺(TEA)3种胺液和哌嗪(PZ)、N-甲基哌嗪(N-MPP)、氨乙基哌嗪(AEP)3种活化剂开展CO_2吸收和再生实验,通过分析相关指标,发现MEA胺液吸收及再生性能优良,为最佳的主体吸收剂,AEP作为活化剂能有效提高单一MEA胺液的吸收、再生性能,且提升效果明显由于其他两种活化剂,确定复配胺液的最佳配比为2 mol/L MEA+0.7 mol/L AEP。 CO2 is the main factor that contributes to the greenhouse and the chemical absorption method is an important means for CO_2 recovery in flue gas.Experiments about CO_2 absorption and regeneration of amine formula are carried out in order to select the absorbent formula with good comprehensive performance,including both main amine solutions of ethanolamine(MEA),iminobisetnanol(DEA),triethanolamine(TEA) and activators of piperazine(PZ),N-methyl piperazine(N-MPP),N-Aminoethylpiperazine(AEP).Through the analysis of relevant indicators,the performances of absorption and regeneration of MEA amine were excellent as the main absorbent.Besides,AEP effectively improved MEA absorption for single amine and regeneration performances than the other two activators.The best ratio of compound amine was 2 mol/L MEA + 0.7 mol/L AEP.
