摘要
通过净浆、砂浆试验排除了水泥、粉煤灰、矿粉及砂子造成坍落度快速损失的可能。通过混凝土中掺入不同比例的泥粉,考察了泥粉对混凝土坍落度、扩展度、含气量及强度的影响,结合荧光、XRD和总有机碳吸附试验分析了泥粉产生影响的原因。试验结果表明,聚羧酸减水剂主要被泥粉中蒙脱土大量吸附,使聚羧酸减水剂的塑化性能严重降低;泥粉的掺入使混凝土初始含气量有所降低,但对混凝土含气量的稳定较为有利;抗压强度的降低可能因为泥粉削弱了混凝土界面过渡区。
The possibility of slump loss of cement, fly ash, mineral powder and sand was eliminated by the cement paste and mortar test. The influence of clay on the slump, slump flow, air content and compression strength of concrete is studied by XFR, XRD and TOC. The results showed that montmorillonite are contained in the clay and the adsorption of superplasticizer is the main cause of property reduced. Compared with concrete with no clay, air content decreases and remains stable when clay added in concrete. The decrease of compression strength may due to weakening of the interracial transition zone.
