摘要
针对井下开采原煤存在粒度超限,选煤厂煤流系统破碎作业环节破碎比偏大、破碎效率偏低的问题,正通煤业选煤厂提出改变破碎机出料粒度,降低破碎比的优化方案。应用实践表明,产品结构得到优化,提高了块煤产率,增加了选煤厂经济效益。
In order to tackle the problem relating to the over-limit of the size of raw coal brought up from underground, increased reduction ratio and reduced efficiency of the crushing operation of the coal flow system, an optimized scheme is proposed by the plant for the change of the crusher's product size and reduction of reduction ratio. Practice shows that the implementation of the scheme has led to optimization of product mix, increased yield of coarse coal and improved economic performance.
