摘要
目的观察祛腐生肌散治疗慢性单纯型化脓性中耳炎鼓膜穿孔的创面愈合的临床疗效。方法 69例慢性单纯型化脓性中耳炎鼓膜穿孔患者,在静脉全麻下用三氯醋酸烧灼穿孔边缘后,将祛腐生肌散吹药于鼓室粘膜。耳内镜下观察鼓膜愈合情况,并进行纯音听阈测定。结果 69例患者治愈57例,好转8例,无效4例。治愈率为82.6%。结论祛腐生肌散能促进鼓膜穿孔创面愈合,疗效确切,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Qufushengji powder for treating wounds of chronic suppurative otitis media tympanic membrane perforation healing. Methods 69 cases of chronic suppurative otitis media patients with tympanic membrane perforation were treated with the Qufushengji powder blowing drug in tympanic mucosa after three chloro acetic acid perforated edge under the general anesthesia. All patients＇ healing of tympanic membrane were observed by endoscopic, and achieved pure tone audiometry. Results 69 cases were cured in 57 cases, improved in 8 cases, ineffective in 4 cases. The cure rate was 82.6%. Conclusion Qufushengji powder can promote wound healing of tympanic membrane perforation and have definite curative effect. It is worthy of popularization and application.
