摘要
将1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑磷酸二乙酯离子液体(EMIMDEP)与环氧树脂(EP)共混,并以4,4’-二氨基二苯甲烷(DDM)为固化剂制备了环氧复合材料(EP/ILs)。通过示差扫描量热分析、热重分析、拉伸强度、冲击强度和极限氧指数测试研究了EMIMDEP用量对EP固化性能和EP/ILs性能的影响。结果表明:EMIMDEP降低了环氧体系的固化温度,促进交联反应使固化热升高。EMIMDEP能够同时提高EP/ILs的冲击性能和阻燃性,当EMIMDEP加入质量分数为4%时,复合材料的冲击强度提高了128%,氧指数达到29.8%,EMIMDEP有凝聚相阻燃作用。
The epoxy composites ( EP / ILs ) were prepared by blending 1 - ethyl - 3 - methylimidazolium diethylphosphate (EMIM DEP)with epoxy resin and using 4,4'-diamino diphenyl methane as curing agent. The effects of EMIM DEP amount on the EP curing properties and EP/ILs properties were studied by differential scanning calorimetry, thermo- gravimetrie analysis and testings of tensile strength, impact strength and limiting oxygen index .The results showed that the curing temperature of the epoxy system was decreased by the addition of EMIM DEP. The erosslinking reaction was promoted and the curing heat was increased. The impact properties and flame retardancy of EP/ILs were increased simultaneously by EMIM DEP. The impact strength of EP/ILs with 4% ENIIM DEP was increased by 128%. The oxygen index was up to 29.8 % and the EMIM DEP had condensed phase flame retardant effect.
