摘要
为构建适合河北省基层食品药品安全监管模式和有效解决基层食品药品安全监管问题,对我国及河北省的食品药品监管模式变化过程、近5年河北省食品药品监督管理的实际状况进行了认真分析,阐述了河北省基层食品药品监管模式存在的问题,提出了解决河北省基础食品药品监管模式问题的对策。
In this paper, the changing process of food and drug supervision model in China and Hebei Prov- ince and the actual situation of food and drug supervision and management in Hebei Province in recent five years are analyzed. The purpose is to build a suitable food and drug safety supervision model suitable for Hebei Province and to effectively solve the problem of food and drug safety supervision at the basic level. This paper expounds the problems existing in the basic food and drug supervision model and puts forward some counter- measures to solve the problems in the basic food and drug supervision model in Hebei Province.
