摘要
经颅磁刺激(Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation,TMS)能够调节皮层的兴奋性和抑制性,经颅磁刺激和脑电图联合技术(Combination of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation and Electroencephalography,TMS-EEG),能够直接检测大脑皮层的诱发活动,包括刺激区域大脑皮层的兴奋性以及长距离皮层之间的有效连接性。本文介绍了意识障碍领域的诊断和治疗现状,重复经颅磁刺激(Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation,r TMS)的神经调控作用,同时,TMS-EEG可以作为一种评估意识水平和神经调控效果的有效工具。结合相关研究,本文概述了重复经颅磁刺激能够有效应用于意识障碍的神经调控,TMS-EEG能够准确评估意识障碍的意识水平和神经调控手段的效果。总之,经颅磁刺激在意识障碍领域诊断和治疗方面发挥着重要的作用。
Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) has attracted increasing attention in neurology because of its ability to modulate excitability and inhibition of the cortex. Combining transcranial magnetic stimulation with electroencephalography (TMS-EEG) allows direct detection of brain activity, including stimulating regional cortical excitatory activity and efficient connectivity between long distances. The status of diagnosis and treatment in the disorders of consciousness was introduced in this paper. The neuromodulation effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) and TMS-EEG could be used as an effective tool to evaluate the level of consciousness and the effect of neural regulation. In this paper, the repetitive cranial magnetic stimulation that could be applied to the neural regulation of conscious disturbance effectively was summarized by combining with related studies, and the level of consciousness and the effect of neural regulation could be assessed accurately by the TMS-EEG. In conclusion, the transcranial magnetic stimulation plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of disturbance of consciousness.
