原液着色黑色锦纶6纤维生产工艺 被引量:10

Effect of production conditions on dope dyed black nylon 6 DTY

摘要 通过牵伸倍数、假捻速比、热箱温度、第二超喂率、网络气压和网络喷嘴直径等工艺条件的优化,将原液着色黑色锦纶6预取向丝(94.44 dtex/68F)加工成原液着色黑色锦纶6弹力丝(77.78 dtex/68F)。结果表明:牵伸倍数1.38,假捻速比1.58,热箱温度170℃,第二超喂率-3.80%,网络气压0.08 MPa,网络喷嘴直径1.2 mm,可得到断裂强度为3.72 c N/dtex、卷曲收缩率为17.71%、卷曲稳定度为40.39%的原液着色黑色锦纶6弹力丝,弹性佳、黑度深。 The production conditions of dope dyed nylon 6 DTY (77.78 dtex/68F) were discussed through the optimization of the draw ratio, D/Y ratio, heater temperature, overfeed rate, network pressure and nozzle diameter. The results show that when draw ratio is 1.38, D/Y ratio is 1.58, heater temperature is 170 ℃, overfeed ratio is -3.80%, network pressure is 0.08 MPa, and nozzle diameter is 1.2 mm, the breaking strength of produced dope dyed nylon 6 DTY (77.78 dtex/68F) is 3.72 cN/dtex and the crimp contraction and the crimp stability is 17.71% and 40.39%, respectively. Dope dyed nylon 6 DTY (77.78 dtex/68F) produced under the above conditions exhibited good crimp performance and high blackness
