Experimental study on high temperature performance of BFRP confined concrete

摘要 通过对45个经5种不同温度加热后的素混凝土圆柱、有机胶粘贴BFRP布加固和无机胶粘贴BFRP布加固混凝土圆柱展开轴压试验,对比分析各柱的截面温度以及不同温度下不同粘结剂对试件承载能力的影响规律。结果表明:400℃为过度温度,加固试件强度衰减在400℃前后呈现较大差异;有机胶粘贴BFRP布加固的混凝土柱在高温下承载能力迅速丧失,纤维布加固作用在340℃时失效;无机胶粘贴纤维布加固的混凝土柱在经历温度400℃后,承载能力与常温下差别不大,约为常温下的83%,当温度达到570℃时加固失效;无机胶粘贴BFRP布加固的混凝土柱耐火性能要好于有机胶粘贴BFRP布加固的混凝土柱。 45 short concrete cylinders confined by BFRP sheets with organic adhesives and inorganic adhesive after different elevated temperatures are loaded under uniaxial compression.The effect of the section temperature and different adhesive on the load-carrying capacity is evaluated.The results show that: 400 DEG C is the transitional temperature,the strength attenuation of the reinforced specimen shows a large difference before and after 400 DEG C; adhesive concrete packed with BFRP cloth reinforced concrete column at high temperature carrying capacity is rapidly lost,the fiber cloth reinforcement is failure at 340 DEG C; after the temperature of 400 degrees Celsius,the carrying capacity of the concrete column strengthened with inorganic adhesive bonded BFRP cloth is not very different from that at normal temperature,which is about 83% of that at normal temperature.When the temperature reaches the temperature of 570 DEG C,the fiber cloth reinforcement is failure; the fire resistance of reinforced concrete columns strengthened with inorganic adhesive bonded with BFRP cloth is better than that of concrete columns strengthened with BFRP.The fire resistance of reinforced concrete columns strengthened with inorganic adhesive bonded with BFRP cloth is better than that of concrete columns strengthened with organic adhesive bonded with BFRP.
