摘要
近年来随着大量高质量临床研究完成以及对机体代谢变化及疾病机制理解的深入,营养治疗在理念和目标上均发生了改变,更关注于应激状况下机体的代谢反应的调理,有效保存机体瘦组织群,维护机体重要器官功能,提高重症病人救治成功率。
The results of recent large-scale clinical trials and scientific literature in the past fewer years have led us to review our understanding of the metabolic response to stress and molecular basis of nutritional support and evolution of clinical protocols aimed at treating artificial nutritional support as a therapeutic intervention, preventing loss of lean body mass and metabolic deterioration to improve clinical outcomes in the critically ill.
