摘要
以四苯基卟啉钴(CoTPP)/溴百里酚蓝(BTB)作为敏感材料,利用旋转甩涂法将其做成薄膜固定在钾离子(K^+)交换玻璃光波导表面,研制了高灵敏的CoTPP—BTB复合薄膜/K+交换玻璃光波导传感元件,并对挥发性有机气体进行检测。实验结果表明,室温下该传感器对甲胺气体具有较好的选择性响应,能够检测体积分数低至1×10^(-7)(V/V)的甲胺气体,响应时间和恢复时间分别为2 s和35 s,信噪比(S/N)为6.8,RSD<0.20%(V/V=1×10^(-6))。平行实验中,在1×10^(-7)~1×10^(-3)(V/V)范围内,体积分数与输出光强度间线性关系良好(R2=0.99)。
A highly sensitive tetraphenylporphyrin cobah-bromothymol blue thin film/K^ + exchangeglass optical waveguide sensor was prepared. Tetraphenylporphyrin cobalt/bromothymol blue composite film was used as the sensitive reagent by the method of spin coating, which was employed to detect volatile organic gases. The experimental results show that the sensing element has a good selective response to methylamine gas at room temperature, it is possible to detect methylamine gas with a volume fraction as low as 1 × 10^-7(V/V) , the response time and recovery time were 2 s and 35 s, respectively. S/N=6. 8,RSD 〈0. 20% (V/V= 1 × 10^-6). In parallel experiments, the results show that in the volume fraction range of 1 × 10^-7 - 1 × 10^-3 (V/V), there also has a good linear relationship between volume fraction and output light intensity ( R^2 = 0. 99).
