摘要
针对塔架软刚臂单点系泊系统所采用的中心柱法兰螺栓连接进行有限元分析,计算了预紧力和载荷,并通过MATLAB软件的二维非线性优化设计,在保证机械设备可靠连接和延长工作寿命的前提下,得到最合适的螺栓数量和螺栓直径。
Finite element analysis was carried out for the central column flange bolting adopted by the single point mooring system of the soft tower arm while calculating its preload and the load. The 2D nonlinear optimization design was realized by MATLAB software. The most suitable number of bolts and bolt diameter would be obtained under the precondition of the assurance of reliable connection of mechanical equipment and life extension.
