摘要
对复杂舵机壳体孔系加工的参数进行研究与优化,结合生产实际对加工参数进行统计、提取、分析,在计算优化的基础上进行试验验证,最终形成参数库。这一研究可以为提高数控加工效率和可靠性提供参考。
The parameters for machining of the housing bores of complex steering gear were examined and optimized. The machining parameters were statistically analyzed, extracted and analyzed based on the actual production. The parameters were tested and validated based on the calculation and optimization and finally the parameter database was formed. This research can provide a reference for improvement of NC working efficiency and reliability.
