摘要
随着国产动车组的高速发展,动车组转向架装配线的装配效率急需提升。结合工厂实际情况,以动车组转向架为研究对象,通过综合运用拆卸反演、装配线平衡优化等方法对装配过程进行规划,确定了装配线上每个装配工作站的具体作业内容,提升了装配线的平衡率与装配效率。
With the rapid development of domestic EMUs, the assembly efficiency of the EMU bogie assembly line is in urgent need of upgrading. According to the actual practical situation of the plant and taking the EMU bogie as the object for study, the assembly process was planned by using the method of playback of disassembly and balance & optimization of the assembly line, thus the specific job contents of each assembly station on the assembly line were ascertained while the balance ratio and assembly efficiency of the assembly line were upgraded.
