2015年秋季长江口有机碳的分布特征及其影响因素 被引量:9

Distribution characteristics of total organic carbon and influence factors in the Yangtze River Estuary in autumn 2015

摘要 依据2015年11月对长江口及其邻近海域的综合调查,分析了秋季长江口颗粒有机碳(POC)和溶解有机碳(DOC)的分布特征及其与环境因子的关系。结果表明:2015年秋季长江口POC的质量浓度为0.65~8.25 mg/L,均值为1.34 mg/L,整体呈现近岸高、远岸低,表层低、底层高的分布趋势;DOC的质量浓度为0.77~2.69 mg/L,均值为1.49 mg/L,整体表现为近岸高、远岸低,表层高、底层低的变化特征。有机碳与总悬浮颗粒物(TSM)的线性回归关系表明,陆源输入对POC含量分布贡献很大;有机碳和盐度(S)的极显著相关性说明,S对有机碳的影响主要体现在海水对有机碳的稀释作用及促进POC向DOC转化两个方面;DOC与COD的显著相关性,揭示了DOC的来源与长江径流和河口沿岸工农业排污输入密切相关。 Based on the data from the comprehensive survey in the Yangtze River estuary and its adjacent waters in November 2015,the distribution characteristics of the particulate organic carbon(POC) and dissolved organic carbon(DOC) and their relationship with environmental factors were analyzed. Results suggested that the concentrations of POC in the Yangtze River estuary ranged from 0. 65 to 8. 25 mg/L,with an average of 1. 34 mg/L. POC concentration decreased seaward,with its highest value occurring in the coastal zones,and,vertically,the POC concentration in bottom layer was higher than in the surface. DOC concentration ranged from 0. 77 to 2. 69 mg/L,with a mean value of 1. 49 mg/L. Similar to POC,DOC also showed higher concentrations in coastal zones and lower in outer sea in horizontal distribution,while,DOC concentration was higher in the surface than in the bottom in vertical distribution,which was opposite to POC. POC had a positive relationship with total suspended matter(TSM),which indicated a profound impact by terrestrial inputs on the POC distribution. The significant correlation between organic carbon and salinity indicated that the effect of salinity on organic carbon was enhanced by the conversion of POC to DOC and thedilution of organic carbon by seawater. The strong correlation between DOC and COD indicated that DOC and oxygendemanding organic carbon had the same source in some degree,part of DOC might originate from the runoff and sewage discharge along the river.
