摘要
目的通过职业健康体检了解粉尘作业人员接尘工龄、年龄、性别对肺功能的影响。方法选取2016年7—8月在我院参加职业健康体检的某企业粉尘作业人员共197人的职业健康监护资料,对粉尘作业人员肺功能结果、接尘工龄、年龄、性别及胸片进行对比分析。结果197名粉尘作业人员中,共检出肺功能异常者17人,占粉尘作业人员的8.63%;接尘工龄≥10年组肺功能异常率为17.02%,高于接尘工龄<10年组的6.00%,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);年龄≥40岁组肺功能异常率为19.05%,高于年龄<40岁组的3.73%,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);男性和女性粉尘作业人员的肺功能异常率相比较,其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);肺功能异常组的平均接尘工龄(11.24±7.49)年,大于肺功能正常组的平均接尘工龄(7.03±5.29)年,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);肺功能异常组的平均年龄(42.29±6.18)岁,大于肺功能正常组的平均年龄(33.84±8.48)岁,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。粉尘作业人员胸片均未提示有尘肺样改变。结论随着接尘工龄及年龄的增长,粉尘作业人员的肺功能异常率也会增加,肺功能检查可发现粉尘作业人员早期的呼吸系统疾病。
Objective To explore theeffect of the duration of dust exposure, age, gender on pulmonary function of dust-exposed workers by occupational health examination. Methods The data of occupational health surveillance of 197 cases of dust-exposed workers in a enterprise, who received occupational healthy examination from July to August 2016 were selected. The pulmonary function, duration of dust exposure, age, gender and the chest radiography images were compared and analyzed. Results The abnormal occurrence rate of lung function of 197 cases of dust-exposed workers was 8.63% (17 cases); The abnormal occurrence rate of lung function of duration of dust exposure≥10 years group was 17.02%, which was higher than 6.00% of the abnormal occurrence rate of lung function of duration of dust exposure〈10 years group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically signifcant (P〈0.05); The abnormal occurrence rate of lung function of the age≥40 years old group was 19.05%, which was higher than 3.73% of the abnormal occurrence rate of lung function of the age〈40 years old group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the abnormal occurrence rate of lung function of male or female dust-exposed workers (P〉0.05). The duration of dust exposure of the abnormal lung function group was (11.24 ± 7.49) years, longer than the normal lung function group (7.03 ± 5.29) years, the difference was statistically signifcant (P〈0.05). The age of the abnormal lung function group was (42.29 ± 6.18) years old, older than the Normal lung function group (33.84±8.48) years old, the difference was statistically signifcant (P〈0.05). The chest X-ray of dust-exposed workers did not show pneumoconiosis-like changes. Conclusion As the growth of age and duration of dust exposure, the abnormal occurrence rate of lung function ofdust-exposed workers increased gradually, the pulmonary ventilation function can detect early respiratory disease of dust-exposed workers.
