摘要 以圣女果果肉为提取原料,采用有机溶剂浸提法提取圣女果果肉色素。利用单因素试验,研究提取温度、提取质量分数、提取时间、料液比对圣女果果肉色素提取效果的影响;通过正交试验可知,圣女果果肉色素提取的最佳工艺条件为提取温度40℃,提取液质量分数90%,提取时间1 h,料液比1∶1(g∶mL)。 The Lycopersivonesculentum Mill. pigment was extracted fromLycopersivonesculentum Mill. pulp and the organic solvent extraction method was used. The effects of extraction temperature, extraction concentration, extraction time and solid-to-liquid ratio on the extraction effect of Lycopersivonesculentum Mill. pulp pigment were studied by using single factor experiment. The orthogonal experiment showed that the optimum process conditions of Lycopersivonesculentum Mill. pigment extraction were extraction temperature 40 ℃,extraction concentration 90%,extraction time 1 h,and solid-to-liquid ratio 1∶1(g∶mL).
