摘要 胶原蛋白膜由于具有许多优良的物理化学和生物学特性而得到广泛应用,但也存在热稳定差的问题,环境温度、湿度的变化均会导致膜的机械性能、亲水性和阻隔性发生改变。如何对胶原蛋白膜进行改性,提高其性能稳定性成为研究的热点。结合近年来关于胶原蛋白膜改性的研究报道,阐述胶原蛋白膜改性的主要技术手段及其改性效果,展望胶原蛋白膜改性技术的发展方向。 Collagen film has broad applications because of its good physicochemical and biological properties. However,there is a big issue to collagen film due to its poor thermal stability and the resulting change to its mechanic,hydrophilic and barrier properties. Therefore, how to improve the performance of collagen is a great concern to the researchers. In this article, the major modification technologies applied to improve the performance of collagen and its effect were well discussed base on the research reports in the recent decade. The trend of modification technologies for collagen film was also proposed.
