摘要
介绍了江南大学全日制食品工程专业学位硕士研究生培养过程中强化职业技能培训、提升研究生实践能力的做法。通过紧贴食品行业发展的特殊需求,以职业能力为导向、以职业资格培训为途径,推行教学内容与国家职业资格证书制度相衔接,构建食品工程专业学位研究生教育质量外部评价体系,创新人才培养模式,达到了丰富食品工程研究生教育内涵、强化与企业联合培养的要求。
This paper introduced some ways of Jiangnan University to enhance vocational skills training and to promote the students practical ability during the training of full-time professional degree postgraduates of food engineering. According to the special needs of the food industry, the professional ability of the students has been improved by the combination of theory teaching and vocational qualification certification. The content of graduate education of food engineering has been enriched,and the requirements of joint training with enterprises have been reinforced.
