摘要
采用单因素试验和正交试验,结合分光光度法测定总黄酮含量,探究溶剂体积分数、料液比、超声时间和超声功率对苦荞麦总黄酮提取率的影响。结果表明,超声波辅助乙醇提取苦荞麦中总黄酮的最佳工艺条件参数为乙醇体积分数85%,料液比1∶25(g∶mL),超声时间40 min,超声功率100 W。在此条件下,苦荞麦中总黄酮的提取率为1.404%。
Through single factor test and orthogonal experiment design,combined with spectrophotometry determination of total flavonoids content as examining indicator,the effect of solvent concentration,solid-liquid ratio,ultrasonic time and ultrasonic power on the extraction rate of flavonoids in bitter buckwheat were investigated. The result showed that the optimal process of ultrasonic assisted ethanol extraction 85% ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio 1∶25(g∶m L),ultrasonic time 40 min,ultrasonic power 100 W. The total flavonoids extraction rate of bitter buckwheat under optimal test was 1.404%.
