GA_3和CPPU处理对夏黑葡萄果实品质的影响 被引量:15

摘要 本文以四年生"夏黑"葡萄为试验材料,研究赤霉素(Gibberellin A_3,GA_3)和N-(2-氯-4-吡啶基苯)-N'-苯基脲[N-(2-chloro-4-pyridyl)-N'-phenylurea,CPPU]两种植物生长调节剂不同浓度、不同配比对"夏黑"葡萄花穗、果实坐果率,以及经济性状的影响。结果表明:盛花后1~3d和盛花后12d使用不同浓度的GA_3和CPPU进行处理,均显著拉长了花穗,促进了果实膨大,提高了果皮硬度,但可溶性固形物及维生素C含量均有一定程度的降低,对果形指数影响不明显;GA_3和CPPU混合使用较GA_3单独使用,显著增加单果质量、穗质量和硬度,但两者浓度过高会增加果梗粗度,降低可溶性固形物含量,对果皮着色也有一定影响。综合比较分析,"夏黑"葡萄在盛花期用50mg/L GA_3+1mg/L CPPU,盛花后12d用50mg/L GA_3+5mg/L CPPU处理效果较好。 The effects of different mass concentrations and different ratios on clusters, and fruit setting rate ofsummer black were studied on four-year plants. The result showed that the different concentrations of GA3 andCPPU after anthesis and anthesis 12 days, significantly elongated clusters, improved fruit expansion andincreased rind firmness. But the contents of soluble solid and VC decreased to some extent and the effect onfruit shape index was not obvious; Mixed use of GA3 and CPPU significantly increased fruit quality, panicle quality and hardness compared with GA3 alone; But too high a concentration would increase the coarseness of fruitpedicel, reduce the soluble solids content, and it also had some influence on pericarp coloring. Comprehensivecomparative analysis, the better co-treatments in production were as follows: 50mg/L GA3 and 1mg/L CPPU for onetime at 1-3 days after full bloom, 50mg/L GA3 and 5mg/L CPPU for second time at 12 days after full bloom.
