污泥生物炭对偶氮染料的吸附性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 在剩余污泥中添加花生壳粉,进行热解制备生物炭,用于偶氮染料的吸附。考察了投加量和pH对直接黄R和直接橙S的脱色率的影响。结果表明,生物炭对直接黄R和直接橙S的适宜投加量分别为10 g/L和6.4 g/L,pH<5的酸性条件有利于吸附的进行,pH=3.7时,直接黄R的脱色率81%,直接橙S的脱色率89%。污泥生物炭对直接黄R和直接橙S的吸附均符合伪二级动力学模型,颗粒内扩散传质阻力是吸附过程的主要限速步骤,但不是唯一的限速步骤。 The biochar was prepared by the peanut shell and the excess sludge to adsorb azo dyes. The effects of dosage and pH on decolorization rate for two azo dyes were studied. The results showed that the optimum dosage was 10 g/L and 6. 4 g/L for direct yellow R and direct orange S,respectively and acidic conditions( pH 5) were propitious for adsorption,when pH = 3. 7 the direct yellow R decoloration rate was 81%,the direct orange S decoloration rate was 89%. The results indicated that the adsorptions of direct yellow R and direct orange S onto the sludge biochar were both consistent with pseudo-first-order kinetic equation,and intra-particle mass transfer resistance was the main rate-limiting step in the adsorption process,but it was not the only rate-limiting step.
