摘要
目的:比较氯米芬(Clomiphene,CC)和他莫昔芬(Tamoxifen,TAM)治疗多囊卵巢综合征(Polycystic ovarian syndrome,PCOS)不孕的临床效果。方法:选取82例PCOS不孕患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为对照组和研究组各41例。对照组给予CC治疗,研究组给予TAM治疗。比较两组治疗前后促卵泡激素(Follicle-stimulating hormone,FSH)、促黄体生成素(Luteinizing hormone,LH)和雌二醇(Estradiol,E2)水平,以及受孕率和不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,研究组FSH、LH和E2激素水平均明显低于对照组,受孕率明显高于对照组,不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:TAM治疗PCOS不孕的效果优于CC治疗效果。
Objective:To compare clinical effects of Clomiphene(CC) and Tamoxifen(TAM) in treatment of infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:82 infertile patients with PCOS were selected and divided into control group and the study group according to the random number table,41 cases in each group.The control group was given CC,while the study group used TAM.The levels of Follicle-stimulating hormone(Follicle-stimulating hormone),luteinizing hormone(LH) and estradiol(E2) of the two groups before and after the treatment were compared.Further,the pregnancy rates and adverse reactions of the two groups were also compared.Results:After the treatment,the levels of FSH,LH and E2 of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the pregnancy rate was obviously higher than that of the control group,the adverse reaction rate was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:TAM in the treatment of the infertile patients with PCOS is superior to CC.
