摘要
目的对于提高临床微生物检验质量的对策是否有效及具备针对性进行探讨与分析。方法选取该院2014年1月—2016年12月间检验科存档的临床微生物检验报告400份,并对报告中的不合格率进行统计与分析,从而能够对于造成送检不合格的原因进行判断。结果对于临床微生物检验报告2014—2016年的合格率为70.00%、71.53%、70.37%。通过对原因进行调查,结果发现对微生物检验送检质量产生影响的主要因素为标本因素,人为因素,以及操作因素。2014—2016年的微生物检验合格率呈现出逐渐上升的趋势。结论检验人员自身素质的提升与工作能力的增强可以显著优化临床微生物检验的质量,因此规范检验人员的操作流程并增强检验人员的规范意识极为必要。
Objective To study and analyze whether the improvement strategies of test quality of clinical microorganisms are effective and targeted or not. Methods 400 pieces of clinical microorganisms test reports filed in the department of clin-ical laboratory in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were analyzed thus concluding the causes of unquali-fied submission, finally the qualified rate of biology test reports in our hospital from 2014 to 2016 was compared. Results The statistics showed that the qualified rates from 2014 to 2016 were respectively 70.00%, 71.53%, 70.37%, and the inves-tigation of causes showed that the major influence factors of submission quality were specimen factor, human factor and op-eration factor, and the qualified rate of microorganism test showed an increasing trend from 2014 to 2016. Conclusion Im-proving the qualities and enhancing the work capabilities of test staff can obviously optimize the quality of clinical microor-ganisms; therefore, it is of great significance to standardizing the operation process and enhancing the standardizing aware-ness of test staff.
