摘要
目的探讨留置针敷贴在留置尿管"双固定"中的应用效果。方法将2016年1~10月留置尿管≥7 d的156例患者作为研究对象,分成观察组和对照组,每组各78例。对照组用3M弹力胶带采用隧道式固定方法固定留置尿管;观察组在大腿根部选择皮肤完整、清洁、干燥处张贴透明留置针敷贴后留置尿管,绕过患者大腿前方再将裁剪好的3M弹力胶带采用隧道式固定方法粘贴于留置针透明敷贴上。比较两组患者留置尿管的皮肤不良反应、舒适度及固定维持时间。结果两组患者留置尿管期间皮肤不良反应率,观察组为3.80%,对照组为12.80%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.112,P<0.05);舒适度观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.726,P<0.01);固定维持时间观察组(4.45±1.28)d,对照组(2.81±0.91)d,差异有统计学意义(t=9.223,P<0.01)。结论留置针敷贴加3M弹力胶带双固定有效减少了患者皮肤压红、皮疹的发生率,增加了患者舒适度,同时延长了固定维持时间,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of indwelling needle sticking in indwelling catheter ＂ double fixed＂. Methods From January 2016 to October 2016,156 cases with indwelling catheter for more than 7 days were chose as the research object,and divided into experimental group and control group with 78 cases in each. The control group using 3 M pressurized tunnel fixation; The experimental group,Select the thigh skin that intact,clean and dry to stick indwelling catheter on it,Then use the 3 M pressure belt. Compared the skin adverse reaction,comfort and maintain fixed time of two groups. Results During the period with indwelling catheter,skin adverse reactions of experimental group were 3.80%,control group were 12.80%,the difference was statistically significant（ χ2= 4.112,P 〈 0.05）; The comfort of the experimental group were better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ χ2= 15.726,P 〈 0.01）; The maintain fixed time the experimental group were [（ 4.45 ± 1.28） d] and control group were [（ 2.81 ± 0.91） d,t = 9.223,P 〈 0.01],the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The double fixation method reduced the pressure with skin red and the incidence of skin disease,increase comfort experience,also extend the fixed time,Worthy of clinical promotion.
