摘要
阐述智能燃气表的3种防范爆炸风险的技术:燃气表密封技术及安全切断技术、电流控制技术、电机电路与燃气隔绝技术。燃气表密封技术是预防和阻止燃气表发生泄漏而引发爆炸事故的技术,主要包括燃气表整体密封技术、输出轴密封技术、内置切断阀控制线绝缘及密封技术、内置切断阀密封技术;安全切断技术是预防和阻止用户异常使用或突发灾难引发泄漏爆炸事故的技术,主要包括流量异常安全切断技术、压力异常安全切断技术、地震感知安全切断技术、燃气泄漏安全切断和火灾安全切断技术。电流控制技术是预防和阻止燃气表自身电路火花引爆周围环境所集聚的燃气的技术,主要包括低功耗阀控技术、低功耗通信技术、低功耗控制器技术。电机电路与燃气隔绝技术是预防和阻止控制阀电机电路火花引爆燃气表内已形成的燃气、空气混合物的技术,主要是绝缘保护技术。提出智能燃气表信息安全法制化建议。
Three technologies for preventing ex- plosion risk of smart gas meters are described, inclu- ding gas meter sealing technology and safety cut-off technology, current control technology, motor circuit and gas isolation technology. Gas meter sealing tech- nology is a technology to prevent and impede gas meter leakage causing explosion accident, including the gas meter overall sealing technology, the output shaft seal- ing technology, the insulation and sealing technology of built-in cut-off valve control line and the built-in cut- off valve sealing technology. The safety cut-off technol- ogy is a technology to prevent and impede user abnor- mal use or sudden disaster causing leakage explosion accident, including the abnormal flow safety cut-off technology, the abnormal pressure safety cut-off tech- nology, the earthquake perception safety cut-off tech- nology, the gas leakage safety cut-off and fire safety cut-off technology. The current control technology is a technology to prevent and impede the gas meter own circuit spark ignition of gas accumulated in its sur- rounding environment, including the low-power valve control technology, the low-power communication tech- nology and the low-power controller technology. The motor circuit and gas isolation technology are the tech- nology to prevent and impede the control valve motor circuit spark ignition of gas-air mixture formed within gas meter,namely the insulation protection technology. The suggestion of legalizing the information security of smart meter is put forward.
